Personal Goals

Whether it be physical, mental, emotional or spiritual everyone has goals. That includes me, so to show the public that as a trainer I also have things to work on I am posting my personal goals for the year. This list will grow and the goals won’t be purely physical.

Goals

- Be able to perform a standing back tuck (back flip)

- Back squat over 505lbs.

- Dunk a basketball

- Read 40 books

- Learn guitar (better)

- Obtain more certifications

- Build a successful fitness business
